Returns & exchanges are not accepted due to quality control, however if you ever have an issue with your earrings please reach out to me at keleya_handmade@mail.ru.
Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order before it has shipped, contact me at keleya_handmade@mail.ru and I can do that for you.
Damages and Issues
We do quality control before shipping each product.
We carefully pack them so it will arrive in one nice piece.
Contact us immediately if the item arrived defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
